2026-2027 Paramedic Program Application

The applications for the 2026-2027 paramedic education program are now available. ( Paramedic Application ).

Completed applications must be submitted via mail or in person to Vista Medical Center East at 1324 North Sheridan Road, Waukegan, IL 60085, by 3 PM on May 26, 2026, for the 2026-2027 year-long course (projected start on August 17, 2026). Applications are currently being accepted and early course registration is encouraged. However, acceptance of your application by the North Lake Co. EMS/Vista Health Paramedic Training Program does not guarantee placement in a class; nor does acceptance into the program guarantee graduation.
